Salesforce Administrator **Job Summary:** The Salesforce Administrator will consistently improve the Provation Salesforce experience working with our Senior Salesforce Administrator by analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating improvements to organizational process in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both with the team and independently to solve issues and assist the corporate team in scaling the solution across all areas, including sales, marketing, finance, support, and operations. **Duties & Responsibilities:** Platform Administration + Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies. + Monitor system usage, login history, and access logs for security and performance. + Collaborate with other business partners for integration across the organization. Data Management & Reporting + Maintain data accuracy across the system and perform regular data checks and corrections. + Create and manage reports and dashboards for clinical and operational teams. + Support audits and compliance reporting. Configuration & Automation + Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows. + Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow. + Assist in implementing enhancements and system updates. User Support & Training + Provide support to internal users. + Develop and deliver training materials and sessions. + Maintain documentation and SOPs for system use. **Job Requirements:** _Education & Experience_ + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required + Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years hands-on administration experience with Salesforce Lightning + Passion for Salesforce best practices + Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail + Independent worker + Salesforce Admin certification preferred _The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job.
