Your Impact:  

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way. Here's what you'll be doing: 

• Supervising and motivating staff to achieve manufacturing goals, including human resource related matters 
• Monitoring workflow and implementing improvements 
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency 
• Overseeing personnel training and development 
• Contributing innovative ideas to enhance productivity 
• Being a key player in our team's success 

Who You Are: 

• Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience of at least 3-5 years with at least 25 direct reports. 
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, welding experience a plus 
• Excellent communication and listening skills 
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
• Basic level computer skills 
• Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans 
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure 
• Valid driver’s license 
• Ability to lift items exceeding 50 pounds occasionally 
• Willingness to perform tasks that involve kneeling, standing, stooping, and bending 
• Comfort with prolonged periods of sitting and standing
