Responsibilities:
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact designed to mitigate current and emerging business risk issues and concerns.
- Act as a key participant in large-scale, cross-functional planning for the business.
- Assess, analyze, and design complex controls, protocols, and approaches for risk mitigation and control adherence.
- Ensure effective planning for sustainability, ongoing control adherence, reporting, measurement, technology impacts, and monitoring.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers to identify and mitigate risks associated with business activities and operations.
- Make decisions in complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the business’s functional area, products, operations, and regulatory environment.
- Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
- Act as a liaison for the business with external parties to support timeliness, appropriate response strategy, and effectiveness of communications and materials.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience and ability to identify and triage third-party risk events concisely and effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of third-party risk concepts and operational risk frameworks.
- Experience with incident management, event response, and resiliency.
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, and implement solutions.
- Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a relentless focus on operational implementation.
- Experience executing in complex, global delivery environments.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
- Flexible and readily adaptable to frequent change.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful executive communications.
- Experience presenting complex material concisely to all levels of the organization.

Pay Range: $60 - $65
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
